RETURN & EXCHANGE RETURN POLICY

We will refund 50% of invoice amount to our clients who can not receive their bags in 30 days when tracking numbers are effective.(The clients can receive goods in 10-15 days since tracking number is effective, but sometimes the customs will hold the goods for 15-20 days).Due to our overseas shipping cost, We do not accept refunds unless there is a defect in the bag that makes it unusable. We are more than fair and will honor your request, if it is within reason, we will be glad to oblige you with a creative solution such ascrediting your account or by exchanging your item.

1.   All bags are made of leather(if the original is ). We do not accept the return for the reason that the bags are made of plastic.

2.   We will take return fee if bags are broken when you received the bags within 1 month. We will change or repair the bag for you. If the hareware is broken and you can fit them, we will post spare parts to you free of charge.

3.   We accept returns within 3 days for a bag if you are dissatisfied with the quality and the bags are in good conditons, but buyer needs to pay for shipping.
